Group Home




Provides group day services focused on socialization and the fine arts.  Our day program staff are trained for direct support and have an expertise in fine arts and music.
 

Respite




Promotes physical and mental well being to the individual and their families by providing temporary out-of-home care.

 




New Visions provides supports to individuals with developmental disabilities 18 years of age and older.
Individuals must be approved for placement by the Missouri Department of Mental Health. 
Developmental disabilities are considered severe, chronic, and manifested before the age of 22, and are likely to be a lifetime disability.  An individual must have substantial limitiations in two or more areas: Self care, language, learning, mobility, self-direction, ability to live independently, economically self-supporting, or need for individual or coordinated services.

New Visions Group Homes, Inc.



Community based living arrangement which allows for individuals to meet their needs with maximum involvement.  This program emphasizes independence, growth, and community involvement.  Persons may reside alone or with up to three other individuals receiving services.  This service also provides up to 24-hour support and remote monitoring.




Provides residential living with 24 hour oversight.  This in-home habilitative environment meets the individuals medical, physical, and emotional needs, as well as community participation and personal interest.




Provides individualized one-on-one and group supports striving for maximum independence and growth in their home and community. These supports are provided in the individuals own home.
